Clearview filed its Application for a Certificate of Environmental Compatibility and Public Need. This page will include components of the Application and explanations for what each contains

Clearview is a proposed 144 Megawatt (MW) solar facility located in Adams Township, Champaign County, Ohio. Clearview has been under development for the last two years and will bring substantial, lasting benefits to area landowners and the broader Champaign County community and economy. In order to proceed to construction, Clearview must first obtain a Certificate from the Ohio Power Siting Board - a rigorous and transparent process.
